Trials
The free trial is 30 days, giving you plenty of time to explore all of Velappity’s features.
Once the trail has expired, upon login you will have the option to update your subscription. Once you have set up you subscription including payment details, you will be able to resume using Velappity.
Users
Yes! You can add additional licences to your account. Go to Subscription Settings in your account. Additional licences will be charged at the normal rate.
To reduce the number of users in your subscription, first delete the user from by clicking My Company then Manage Users. Select the user you wish to delete, then click Delete. Then reduce the number of licences to match your number of users by going to Subscription Settings in your account. This will affect your subscription cost.
To edit your users, go to My Company then Manage Users. From there you can delete users. This will be a permanent action. Then you can create the new user.
Deleting the user will not affect the data as it is a soft delete that will remove the user’s access to Velappity, but the user ID still exists within Velappity so the data relationships still work.
No, all users have to be the same subscription level as this decides the functionality you have available. However, there are User Roles within Velappity, these are Office user, Mobile user, Super administrator and Administrator (there is also Client portal user, but these are for clients as part of the Silver and Gold tiers).
Only the Free tier has a maximum number of users, which is 2. There is not a maximum number of users for Bronze, Silver or Gold. For these, your number of users is dependent on the number of licences you pay for.
No, the free level is capped at two users.
Subscriptions
Minimum subscription term is one month. But we have a free trial that you can take advantage of first to determine if you want to go ahead with Velappity.
No, we do not offer multiple year subscriptions. Subscriptions can be paid monthly or annually, with payment taken automatically on renewal.
To cancel your Velappity subscription, go to Subscription Settings in your account.
Yes! To change your subscription tier, go to Subscription Settings in your account. Upgrading your subscription tier will change your subscription cost.
