Custom inspection forms

Conduct facilities management inspections on-site. With Velappity’s forms designer, create inspection forms for conducting all the necessary inspections on your clients’ sites. Inspection forms can include all manner of checks via textboxes, dropdowns, checkboxes, photos and more.

Instant client reports

Keep clients informed with instant client reports. Upon syncing the data following an inspection, a report is generated. This can either be set to automatically be sent instantly to the client or can first be reviewed by an office user.

Monitor client assets for compliance

As well as inspections, Velappity also has compliance features for asset monitoring. Add client assets, set measurement types, test definitions and test frequencies. Jobs can be created once-off or set the test frequency to generate jobs automatically at set intervals.

On site inspections via mobile

Inspectors complete inspections and asset compliance monitoring on their mobile device. Once jobs are assigned, inspectors sync their device to view the jobs they are to complete and for which client and site. Once completed, the job is synced back to Velappity and results sent to the client.

Design custom reports
